If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund if you are not happy with your product.

We stand behind the quality of our formulations and want you to feel confident trying them as part of your ritual.

 

 

 

Refunds (No Return Required)

 

To make the process simple and stress-free, we do not require returns.

If you’re not satisfied:

  • Include your order number and a brief note about your experience

Once approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

 Processing Time

 

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
  • Depending on your bank or provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
